Quintessential Morning Affirmations

Starting your day with positive affirmations can help you work on your inner child and reveal false beliefs about yourself and the world around you. Thousands of thoughts are generated by your mind every day, but the ones you choose to listen to are often selected subconsciously from your core beliefs set in early childhood. By taking deep, conscious breaths and focusing on your thoughts without judgment, you can feel the energy of each inhale and release negative thoughts with each exhale. You can produce optimum physical and mental health by consciously choosing positive thoughts to nourish your breath and energy.

Breathe morning affirmations-

Taking complete, soft, conscious, connected breaths, filling the belly and chest without pause, relaxing into the exhale. Focused on these breaths for a while for the body to take over.

Now, notice the thoughts coming and going without judgment or taking them personally.

Are the thoughts positive? Are the thoughts negative? Just notice......

Physically feel the energy of every inhale. How does that feel? The energy of an inhale, if compared to the release of an exhale.

Remember that what we put energy into produces an outcome.

Breathe deeply and thoroughly, and ask yourself what way of thinking will produce feelings of connection, peace, joy and satisfaction.

What thoughts do I consciously choose to nourish with my breath? With my energy, to produce optimum health physically and mentally?

What do I choose to inhale? What do I choose to inspire?

Releasing any negative thoughts that pass through your mind consciously with the exhale. Clearing negativity out on the exhale and conscious positivity in on the inhale.

Continue to use your breath to choose your thoughts throughout the day.

Add what you want from your day, week or year to your morning mantras. The universe hears all so choose wisely.
